Turkey, Feta and Spinach Burgers

A simple, delicious, healthy go-to burger.

  • 600g turkey breast steak
  • 1 large egg
  • 200g spinach
  • 100g feta
  • 1 clove garlic
  1. Slice the turkey breast into chunks and add to the food processor with a large egg. Combine until it resembles turkey mush.
  2. Add 1 clove of garlic, 100g feta and 200g of spinach (wilt in a dry pan first to reduce the moisture) and continue to blend together.
  3. Divide the mixture into eight and shape into burger patties.
  4. Fry in a little olive oil until cooked all the way through, about 8 minutes in total.
  5. Enjoy!
